Totally not feasible to evaluate this based on your post. If there is a focal lesion in the caudate nucleus, this could represent a prior stroke. The numbness in the fingers might represent ulnar or other neuropathy issues. To get solid answers, you will need extensive testing to pin down all of this. An experienced neurology team would be most productive, even at a medical school.
