Weight loss is based on a simple principle. You maintain the same weight if your eating supplies the calories which keep it where it is and your exercise pattern is stable. You lose weight if you increase your exercise routine and decrease your eating. To lose weight you only eat the amount to sustain the lesser weight.

Eat less and exercise more. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health! Safe sex: https://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/health/wellness-and-prevention/safer-sex-guidelines
