Perhaps: It will probably make little difference one way or the other on this thyroid replacement medication. If you take an extra dose it will not make you hyperthyroid, and it will be unlikely to worsen your hypothyroid state. Would not hesitate to take another dose.

No: Unless you are absolutely certain that you saw a entire undigested pill in what you threw up then no do not retake your medication. You do not want to risk over dosage.
