Check labs: Hi. We know nothing of your thyroid function on the l-thyroxine and triiodothyronine (L-T4 + T3 (liothyronine)) nor on the desiccated pig thyroid extract. There is NO equation to relate a regimen of L-T4 + T3 (liothyronine) to a dose of pig thyroid extract. Therefore, your thyroid dose may be right on, or some degree of off. And bear in mind, most weight gain has NOTHING to do with thyroid function. Good luck!

Not sure: Are you taking any anti-inflammatory herbs or medications? Thyroid replacement is only part of the treatment. What is your TPO and thyroid hormone levels? What is your heart rate, and body temperature? You may need to increase your dose of Armour. I recommend adding anti-inflammatory herbs like Turmeric and Boswella. If your heart rate is in the 70s, you might increase the thyroid a bit.
