Due to my medium cystic acne i got prescribed epiduo forte. since 4 days im using this treatement. i got a lot of new inflammation (pustules) on my breakout areas. my skin is oily and extremly dry. the skin peels exzessivly and the face is red?

It seems as though you have Inflammatory Acne. Treatment should be either an oral or topical antibiotic along with an appropriate acne wash and a topical retinoid. See a dermatologist for evaluation and the proper treatment.
