Facial rash: This could be folliculitis which is infected hair follicles. It could be cystic acne, pimples under the skin. Either of these would best be treated with prescriptions medicines. Try to get checked by a doctor to get the right diagnosis and treatment. Early treatment can help prevent scarring later on.
