Vitamin E and Acne: This is where the benefits of vitamin e oil on acne come into play. Vitamin e is a natural moisturizer, so applying it to the acne after it begins to clear up can help smooth over the skin and rebuild new skin cells to repair the damage. Vitamin e alone cannot do anything to treat acne. Only an antibacterial agent can do that.

Yes, BUT: It will not be of any benefit unless you wish to oil your face. The masturbation is not relevant. If you wish for less acne a dermatologist will help you. Meanwhile you can try using tiny amounts of benzoyl peroxide gel. Look for the lowest %. 5% or lower.
