If it is ejaculation after sex as opposed to masturbation then it could be due to mild trauma to the testicle during sex. A small edidid. cyst can also give similar pain. Suggest modify sexual position to minimize trauma. Wear a good support underwear. if this not work after a few weeks pl get rechecked by a Urologist.
