I have a dull ache in my right testicle after ejaculating and the pain appears to subside always within a hour or 2. i had epididymitis before in that testicle that was treated. can this be reoccurring sensitivity for years now or possibly a cyst?

The ache is more or less normal. Sexual excitation increase the blood flow to the testicles and this engorgement can result in a dull ache. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. If it is ejaculation after sex as opposed to masturbation then it could be due to mild trauma to the testicle during sex. A small edidid. cyst can also give similar pain. Suggest modify sexual position to minimize trauma. Wear a good support underwear. if this not work after a few weeks pl get rechecked by a Urologist.
