Upon ejaculation of semen, i feel dull kind of ache sensations in my left testicle which usually disappears after few hrs. is this abnormal? i also have epididymis cyst on same testicle so is it due to that? it seldom happens upon ejaculation?

The dull pain could be caused by congestion in the epididymal cyst, vascular congestion or muscle spasms during ejaculation, As a rule, testicular ache only after ejaculation is not due to serious pathology. A urologist can advise you best.

It is probably due to the cyst. Wean it rubs against the thigh or another area. When that happens gently change the position of your testicle and the pain will go away. Also wear a good support underwear.
