An ECG takes a picture of your hearts function in a moment of time. If you are not having a palpitation at that moment, it won't capture the changes. Talk to your Dr about a 48 hour or longer Holter Monitor assessment. this test captures all the heart rhythms over a longer period of time. It is important to follow up with your Dr about next steps if you are still having symptoms.
