I just had endoscopic sinus surgery yesterday, how long should i wait before receiving oral sex. i know your not supposed to have actual sex to avoid raising blood pressure but i feel like a receiving oral sex would be different?

I would consider how much u liked the sinus issue & then decide about things that might make it come back sooner. Discuss with your sinus surgeon as they are more likely to have an idea about what was done (sinus surgery is a broad term) & things to avoid after their procedure in men like you who live in your part of TN. Stroke at climax is know to occur from high BP.

Oral sex is not much different then regulr one in change of BP. Suggest wait till you heal completely-3-4 weeks.
