A member asked:

I have crushing/pressure spine pain that moves up and down my back, (somethings feels like something stuck inside) along with some tingling. what could be causing this? thanks?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Tingling indicates irritation of a nerve from the back caused by some problem with your spine. You have to be examined and some studies might be needed for diagnosis. In the meantime avoid heavy lifting or exercise and take ibuprofen and use local heat. I hope you feel better
