Radiculopathy: Probably. The most common cause of pain that runs from the spine down into an extremity is known as a radiculopathy, usually caused by the irritation of a nerve on the spine. If it occurs in the neck, it can cause pain and/or numbness that runs into the arm and hand. Consider being seen.
