Tingling LU back: Could possibly be due to position or chair. Does it occur in every chair or one particular chair? You mention hunching - poor neck position as well as static back ( i.e. not changing position for > 45 minutes)could result with strain/ impingement. Wold re-position every 1/2 hour , move neck in all directions and roll shoulders and see if helps. May also be trigger point . F/u/ w/ doc
