Yes,high cervical: Some disorders that are high up in the cervical spine or that involve the first few levels of discs and nerves in the spine can cause headache. In addition disorders that impact the occipital nerves can cause head pressure. A thorough evaluation from Neurology or PMR is appropriate and consideration for PT as well as Cranio sacral therapy is recommended initially. Evaluation for muscle spasm also.
