I was diagnosed scabies for rash excessive itching permethrin used 2 60 gram tubes, sulfa soap,steroids, hydroxylene, still itching night mostly torso,back also back vibrates in evening too ,going on 3months, 2 others in house not itching?

The rash and itching from scabies come from a allergic reaction to the poop they leave in the burrows they drill under the skin. The reaction can continue for a while after all the parasites are dead. If you continue to itch 3 months after initial treatment you are either re-infected or it is a different condition. Follow-up with your doc.
