I have got a lump at the back side of my neck below ear a bit larger then pea size its hard and not movable, it painless i dont remember having it before should i be concerned ?

Reactive lymph node is common at that site (post auricular). Monitor its size, 2 -3 times a week for a month or so, if the node stays the same, you should be safe. See your doctor if the node gets bigger or you see more at different areas.
