Cyst/node: The lesion behind the ear could be a sebaceous cyst (when sweat gland gets plugged & forms a cyst), the neck could also be a cyst but enlarged lymph node (may be indicative of underlying inflammation/infection) needs to be considered also. Would recommend evaluation with a Physician.
