I had a growth under the side of my jaw that exploded a few months ago with puss and blood i still have remains of a soft ball at the site that looks ugly and suggestions to clear it up?

I certainly hope you had medical care when this happened! Whether or not you did, you certainly need in-person care now. You had an abscess that may not have cleared up entirely, and it is possible you have a serious underlying problem, such as infection involving the bone of your jaw (osteomyelitis), which can be difficult to treat and might require surgery.
