See your doctor.: The combination of symptoms that you are describing do not point to any one obvious problem, so you need to have a complete evaluation in an office, and perhaps blood tests or other tests. You also need to be evaluated to see why you have blood in your stool. These can be important symptoms. Do not delay. Good luck.
