Please see an Orthopedic Surgeon for an x-ray of your leg. If you can't get an appointment you can go to an urgent care center for an x-ray and then follow up with the Orthopedic Surgeon if you need to get treatment.

Do you recall injury of the leg? Any bruising, swelling,marked tenderness? A stress fracture may be present if you didn't sustain a definite injury. Any history of overuse? I recommend getting examined by a physician and having an xray of the lower leg. The fibula is a nonweight bearing bone.
