Brain imaging: If dizziness doesn't resolve you might consider having brain imaging performed to rule out a bleed or mass. While it is uncommon, this may be the source of your problems.

Try decongestant: Your symptoms may be due to eustachian tube dysfunction, where the tubes that connect the middle ear to the back of the throat are blocked so pressure builds up in the middle ear. Decongestants like sudafed can help relieve the symptoms (as long as there is no reason you can't take decongestants such as uncontrolled high blood pressure).
