I recently went cold place than my home town. i had severe ear ache came to know wax was reason. ent cleared but still i am hearing noise in the ear?

Wax???: Do you use q-tips? If so you could be pushing wax into your canal the water can get trapped behind the wax. Both situations can make it harder to hear, and trapped water causes a funny noise. You should never use q-tips inside ear canals.

Not wax alone: This may be something more than wax. Your ENT physician can clarify this.
