Index Finger Twitch: Hello. How long have you noticed this? Ever notice it with or after other fine motor movements (manipulating buttons, zippers, lids on jars, turning door knob handles, etc.). Could be some low level irritation to your median nerve. Keep track of your episodes for increased frequency, weakness, and sensation changes.

For years I get twitches all over my body. For the past 3 weeks now my hand has been twitching. It feels pretty constant with small breaks. It moves my index finger. Its my hand I use for writing and typing. No other symptoms. Should I go in or wait?
