Neurologist: Doubt it's medication related. Hctz (hydrochlorothiazide) can cause electrolyte abnormities. Maybe you should get blood work done to check that but i highly doubt that could be the cause. Should see a neurologist if the symptoms persist.

Dystopia: In the absence of other symptoms such as numbness one would have to consider the diagnosis of idiopathic dystonia. Of course there are other known causes of dystonia ranging from hormonal causes to vitamin deficiency. I recommend informing your family doctor who may want to get a neurologist involved.
