The discharge is very less likely related to C-section and tubal ligation 4 months ago. If you have no other symptoms such as foul odor, dysuria, etc. you just observe the discharge and hydrate well in the next 1-2 days. If other symptoms develop, you should see your OB doctor.

A "white sticky" vaginal discharge or a "cheezy" one is often due to a fungal (called yeast, monilial or candidal ) infection of your vagina which may resolve spontaneously in days, if you are not diabetic or taking antibiotics... or can simply be treated with an over-the-counter antifungal vaginal cream.
