My doctor told me i have a yeast infection under my belly fat on my csection scare. but the cream she gave me doesnt work. my problem area is now red, sore and smells like something died. what can it be?

Odors are gasses produced by bacteria feeding in the area. One important factor in treating such areas is lifting the skin away and getting it dry several times a day with a hair dryer. Moisture from sweat feeds the problem. Keeping the area clean (soap/water) and dry will help. Another exam may be necessary to plan a way to resolve the mess.
