Why wont my back pain go away? it is nothing bone related its all muscle related. been doing physical therapy for awhile and still have the same pain. i dont think an mri would do anything either not up for paying for that?

There are many reasons for back pain. You need a full physical & examination. Please get seen by a local physician.
