My fianc and i had protected sex a week and half ago, and she was noticing brown spotting only once after she wiped them it stop the next day it was a little more red and she was supposed to be having her period, is she pregnant? she takes lexapro?

It is too late for an implantation bleeding (10 days after sex). Her period will come in a day or two; if not, she can do an early morning urine pregnancy test after 3 days of missing the expected period.
