Pregnant ?'s: Any semen, even pre-ejaculatory, can contain sperm, and pregnancy is possible. "Plan B" decreases the chance but is not perfect. To be certain about pregnancy, obtain a serum HCG test in about 5-7 days. Bleeding can occur just from taking "Plan B" as the drop in estrogen when Plan B wears off can produce withdrawal bleeding. Ask you gyn physician about low dose oral BCP's.

I agree with Dr. Berryman. If you are unable to access an HCG blood test, I'd recommend repeating home pregnancy test in about one week.
