A qtip damaged my hearing last night. is it ear wax buildup or a perforated eardrum? no pain, no discharge..just tinnitus and feeling like its clogged

Probably ear wax : Clogged. Injury usually results in pain. You can try an ear wax removal product at the pharmacy. Don't use q tips. They are great at pushing all of your ear wax (cerumen).... To the back of the ear canal. If you see an ear, nose and throat doctor they are the ear experts.

You PCP couls quickly tell you if you have an ear wax impaction by simply looking in your ear with an otoscope

Wax buildup: Have an expert clean out the wax. You don't know whether the eardrum has been injured or not.
