Tingling in both feet ,left hand feels weak and drops thing on its own constant ringing in ear and prickly sensation in back of head could this be undetected diabetes from nerve damage ? im 29 and symptoms have got worse over a 5-6 year period?

Diabetes can be the cause for neuropathy but only when the disease is obvious and has been detected/ present for 10-20 years. Your symptoms are likely due to some other neurological disorder which should be further investigated by your PCP or with opinion from a Neurologist. Good luck

Not clear from your post if this has been thoroughly evaluated. Would wonder if you need confirmation of a peripheral neuropathy and possible left carpal tunnel syndrome.
