Yes: I don't want to intrude upon another surgeon's preferences, but it is almost universally felt to be beneficial to rinse the nose gently with saline spray or rinse (e g otc neilmed sinus rinse or chitorhino) after nasal / sinus surgery. If you have nasal splints in place, the rinse won't get in your nose very well but should still be helpful. I recommend calling your surgeon to be sure.
