I'm 5+1 weeks pregnant. on 18dpo, 4+2 i had hcg blood 1896 and ultrasound gestational sac 9mm, without yolk sac. i can't get another ultrasound till 12 weeks, i'm worried with the size of sack, by that size shouldn't there be yolk sack or even embryo?

It is unlikely that a gestational sac would be shown at "5+1" weeks of pregnancy. Also, the HCG value of "1896" would not be that elevated at only "4+weeks", well beyond the time a yolk sac would have been detected. Another HCG test to measure the growth of the pregnancy will confirm normal progress .
