A documented HCG of "2,600 " confirms pregnancy, but with the assumption that "December 2022" is a typo, and "failure" may imply a miscarriage, at this point it is not possible to evaluate the point of your question. If you are not on birth control medications, see your GYN physician for an exam and further testing.

The HCG data is confusing. Was the result 2600 or 10. Ten days after sex is too soon to test. It takes about 3 weeks for the embryo to make enough HCG for a positive pregnancy test. Blood test may be done a day after a missed period. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period. If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine.
