My 9 year old son has one testicle that is retractile but now usually it is in the scortum,today i noticed that the retractile testi is slightly smaller then the other testicle, is this normal, he has no pain redness or swelling.its just my concern?

The testicles do not have the same size and the right one is usually bigger. So, slightly smaller size should not be a concern even if it is the right one.

Yes. If the testicle stays in the scrotum most of the time then nothing to worry about. If worried about size pl see a Urologist for proper size assessment.
