Shaking of extremities or face can indicate a neurological problem. You should have a full workup to determine what is going on. Start with your primary care Dr who can order baseline tests, conduct a full physical exam and take a thorough history. If there are positive findings on the neurological part of the exam, they can refer you to a neurologist.
