Neurologic consult: First it would be important to determine the cause of the tremors. If they are related to medication you are currently taking, changing medications will see an improvement in the tremor. You should see a neurologist and be evaluated. The neurologist should be able to tell you what type of tremor you have, and the types of treatment options available including medications and possibly dbs/surgery.

Possible Essential T: Assuming alcohol, excessive caffeine, anxiety and some medications are not involved the commonest cause at your age would be familial or essential tremors. Head tremors can occur in dystonia of neck. Movement disorder specialist will be most helpful.
