The term “lump” is not a medical diagnosis. Examination required to diagnose and then choose appropriate treatment based on an accurate diagnosis. See your GP or a Dermatologist. Probably benign, but go find out.

Probably some form of bony/calcium deposit. Best to have the PCP check it out and advice.
