My 9 year old son has two painless hard lumps on his skull behind his ear, no other symptoms and seems not to be caused by an infection?

Mgt: I would recommend an evaluation with dermatology. There are pediatric conditions which may cause these findings. Does he have any skin rashes or lesions? Is he developing and growing normally?
