I had a tiny firm lump in my ear lobe for the past year but about 4 months ago it grew significantly and is now big and very painful in the first week but not painful now- do i need to get it check by a doctor? (i have chronic ear infections)

Lump: If the problem has been around for months and is worsening I would be seen. Likely this is a cyst and that should be able to be resolved.
