Somewhat: Bruises, stiffness, soreness all very normal at this stage. Hot foot and numbness are not normal. However, depending on the incision location, the superficial skin nerves (saphenous most common) may have been cut which will lead to a permanent numb patch on the lateral side if the knee. No big deal. Hot foot and swelling could be a sign of a blood clot. Go see your surgeon and ask these question.
