I've had neck pain headaches arm pain numbness and weakness for over a year. in the last couple weeks i've had blurry vision and a problem with my balance all day every day. i also have back pain mostly mid to lower back. what could this be?

Your recent symptoms (visual disturbance and losing balance) is not related to your chronic issues (headache and neck shoulder syndrome). You need to have your eye checked first and go from there.
