Back pain and CTS: It sounds as if you suffer from low back and neck pain. The pain may originate from arthritic joints of the spine (facet joints) or the strained muscles. You really should discuss with Pain Dr who will determine the exact source of your pain and treat accordingly. The tingling fingers may be carpal tunnel or sign of spinal issues. Treatment includes PT, meds, injections or CAM
