Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Follow up is always needed with your primary care doc or a specialist. Such ecg reports are common in practice and need to be reviewed and placed in context by treating doc. In Er tests are done with the goal of ruling in or out acute life threatening conditions, not necessarily to diagnose or treat chronic ailments, this is typically done in the outpatient setting.
