Is it normal to feel out of sorts while ill with covid? i have a very mild infection however i do feel bizarre, feels like my skin tingles and gets a little numb at times, and my smell and taste is way off. im not as sharp mentally. is this normal?

It is not normal but some people do experience similar symptoms. Most of the time these symptoms subside. A few people develop "Long-Covid". If your symptoms persist beyond two weeks, it would be prudent to see a doctor.
