Steady random bodywide tingling/prickling/jolts occurring throughout x 3 weeks post covid infection. mainly in extremities and head. no weakness, no loss sensation, no numbness. is this ms tingle? pinched nerve? covid? thoughts?

covid is unpredictable in causing post recovery symptoms any place in the body- which in most cases go away with time. It does not seem from MS or pinched nerve.

These symptoms would not be usually associated with MS or "pinched nerve". So, I too would wonder if this is best explained by your COVID-19 infection. Maybe this is residual spinal cord irritability, but so far, your description has not been seen in others. Get examined to confirm an etiology. Likely, if persists, should respond to nerve pain medications.
