I have recently been diagnosed with an ovarian dermoid cyst. while usually slow growing, this one became 5 cm in 6 months. i also struggle with infertility. should i operate it and then proceed with clomid iui? or can i do the treatment first?

Your question could be best answered by an OB/GYN fellowship trained in reproductive endocrinologist and infertility

Complex ovarian cysts, including "dermoid cysts" are usually needful of biopsy and/or removal, especially at "age 34". See your GYN physician for guidance, and obtain a later appointment with a reproductive endocrinology physician for fertility treatments.
