I have arthritis in hip. just had hip injection. 1st day no pain after a few days pain is back even more.my biggest problem is spasm in thigh or may call it cramps but so bad cant move. dont see dr agsin for 2 more weeks?

Joint infection can't be ruled out as the cause of this pain. Take some analgesic as needed today and call your doctor tomorrow. If fever and chill occur you should go to ER.
