Muscle cramps: There are many things which cause cramping in the lower extremities, ranging from electrolyte imbalances to circulation problems to oxygenation problems including sleep apnea, etc. In order to evaluate this properly, you really should see your primary care physician or at least establish a physician relationship on HealthTap. There are many excellent treatments once the proper diagnosis is made.
